CPS Chinese World Language Program has been developing a new Chinese Curriculum Guide and Resources (CCGR) aligned to ACTFL’s World-Readiness Standards for Learning Languages. It provides Chinese teachers with a series of thematically organized, standards-aligned and performance-based units and lesson plans teachers can utilize to help plan their instruction. Its Phase 1 has been in use since this school year. In this workshop, several CPS Chinese teachers are invited to share their experiences in using CCGR Phase 1. Welcome all Chinese teachers to join our sharing and discussion.
