As world language teachers, we’ll agree that gaining cultural skills is an important part of achieving competency in a world language. In order to help enhance the Chinese language teaching and learning, Confucius Institute in Chicago has invited local artists to come to present and demonstrate different types of Chinese cultural activities such as folk danceand Taiji Quan. We invite you to join us for the workshop and we’re sure it will give you a lot of ideas of bringing Chinese culture into your classroom.
