This hands-on workshop will introduce the ACTFL Six Core Practices. The information presented in this workshop will include examples of how to use authentic materials to improve students’ reading proficiency skills, steps to design effective classroom activities, demonstration of grammar teaching and learning in context, samples of adopting social justice and global competence into curriculum, and more. Participants will walk away with easily adaptable activities and will spark creative ideas to improve their teaching.
