This highly interactive workshop will focus the first area of the National Standards – communication. It will examine three-mode communicative activities in Chinese classrooms. It will also offer strategies and ideas for developing students’ skills to use the language for communication purposes at different proficiency levels. The participating teachers will engage in a variety of communicative activities that can be taken back to classrooms. Confucius Institute in Chicago invites you to join us for the workshop.
