Chicago Chinese Language Center is an educational resource for educators, parents and students in Chicagol Public Schools for the teaching and learning of the Chinese language and culture. In addition to being a full professional development and workshop center, CCLC is a resource library with more than 10,000 print and multimedia materials for educators and students from all academic levels. Services provided include:

• Coordination of the Chicago Public Schools Chinese World Language Program, which is housed at over 40 schools in Chicago, with an estimated 10,000 students
• Professional development programs and workshops for K-12 Chinese World Language teachers 
• Chinese cultural activities and events for students and parents
• Resource center for the teaching of Chinese language and culture 
• Coordination of study programs for teachers and students in China
• Hosting of educational delegations from the USA and abroad
• Hosting visiting visual and performing artists from China to present and offer workshops in Chicago Public Schools
